Instructions

  1. Chicken Marinade Slice chicken breast against the grain into thin bite-size pieces (≤6 mm).
  2. Chicken Marinade Combine chicken with Shaoxing wine, salt, and cornstarch; mix well.
  3. Chicken Marinade Marinate 10 minutes at room temperature.
